We are committed to protecting your personal information and being transparent about how we use it across WheelBlend services.
1. Information We Collect
- Account details such as name, email address, and authentication identifiers.
- Usage data including feature interactions, render counts, and performance or crash details.
- Uploaded media assets that you provide for rendering or storage purposes.
- Purchase and entitlement details from Stripe or Apple, such as product and transaction identifiers. We do not receive your full payment card or Apple ID password.
- A device push token when you choose to turn on render notifications in the iPhone app.
2. How We Use Information
- To deliver and personalize the WheelBlend experience.
- To monitor platform stability, safeguard accounts, and improve product quality.
- To communicate service updates, billing notices, or support responses.
- To verify purchases, apply credits, restore access, and notify you when a render is ready if you turn on notifications.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share limited information with trusted processors needed to run the service. These include Google for AI image processing, hosting providers, Stripe for website billing, Apple for iPhone sign-in and App Store purchases, and Expo for push delivery. They process information under their own terms and privacy commitments.
4. AI Processing & Model Behavior
WheelBlend uses Google AI and in-house AI systems to process the car and wheel photos, prompts, and canvas sketches you submit for a render. The iPhone app asks for your permission before sending photos to Google AI. These systems may behave unpredictably and can generate results that differ from your expectations. We log limited prompt metadata, output thumbnails, and error details to troubleshoot issues, improve safety, and detect abuse. Model providers receive only the data necessary to execute your request and are bound by contractual confidentiality obligations. Because AI output quality depends heavily on the inputs you supply, low-quality or infringing uploads may produce poor results (“garbage in, garbage out”). Always review renders before distributing them publicly.
5. Storage & Retention
Render assets and account metadata are stored in secure infrastructure located in the United States. We retain personal data for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide the service. You can delete your account in the iPhone app or contact support. Account deletion removes your WheelBlend account and associated content from our active systems. We retain a limited email record to prevent repeated free-credit abuse. Payment, platform, or legal providers may retain records when required by law or their policies.
6. Your Rights
- Access, correct, or delete personal data through account settings or by contacting support.
- Export project data where technically feasible.
- Opt out of marketing communications via the unsubscribe link included in emails.
7. Cookies & Tracking
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and analyze aggregate usage. The iPhone app asks for photo, camera, or notification access only when a related feature needs it. You can change those permissions in iPhone Settings.
8. Children
WheelBlend is not directed to individuals under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us for removal.
9. International Transfers
If you access the service from outside the United States, you consent to processing and storage of your information in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
10. Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect product changes or legal requirements. We will notify you of material updates via email or dashboard notices when applicable.
