WheelBlend uses third-party and in-house AI models to process uploads, prompts, and canvas sketches. These systems may behave unpredictably and can generate results that differ from your expectations. We log limited prompt metadata, output thumbnails, and error details to troubleshoot issues, improve safety, and detect abuse. Model providers receive only the data necessary to execute your request and are bound by contractual confidentiality obligations. Because AI output quality depends heavily on the inputs you supply, low-quality or infringing uploads may produce poor results (“garbage in, garbage out”). Always review renders before distributing them publicly.
5. Storage & Retention
Render assets and account metadata are stored in secure infrastructure located in the United States. We retain personal data for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account at any time.
