1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Wheel Visualizer, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Service Overview
Wheel Visualizer provides AI-assisted wheel rendering, asset management, and related creative tools. We may update or discontinue features at any time to improve reliability, performance, or compliance requirements.
3. Accounts & Security
- You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any activity under your account.
- Notify us immediately at wheelblend@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
- Do not upload or generate content that infringes intellectual property rights or violates applicable law.
- Avoid attempting to reverse engineer, probe, or disrupt the platform, APIs, or infrastructure.
- Respect usage limits associated with your subscription plan. Automated scraping or bulk exporting beyond plan limits is prohibited.
5. Intellectual Property
Wheel Visualizer retains ownership of the platform, including all software, documentation, and brand assets. You retain rights to the original assets you upload and the rendered outputs you create, provided you follow these Terms and any applicable third-party license restrictions.
6. Payments & Subscriptions
Subscription fees are billed through Stripe. Plan downgrades or cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for partially used billing periods except where required by law.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or materially impact platform stability. You may cancel your account at any time through the dashboard settings.
8. Disclaimers & Liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wheel Visualizer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflict of law principles. Disputes will be handled in state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notifications. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
