Terms of Service
These Terms outline your rights, responsibilities, and the operating policies that apply when using WheelBlend.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using WheelBlend, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Service Overview
WheelBlend provides AI-assisted wheel rendering, asset management, and related creative tools. We may update or discontinue features at any time to improve reliability, performance, or compliance requirements.
3. Accounts & Security
- You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any activity under your account.
- Notify us immediately at wheelblend@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
- Do not upload or generate content that infringes intellectual property rights or violates applicable law.
- Avoid attempting to reverse engineer, probe, or disrupt the platform, APIs, or infrastructure.
- Respect usage limits associated with your subscription plan. Automated scraping or bulk exporting beyond plan limits is prohibited.
5. AI Output & Limitations
- WheelBlend relies on probabilistic AI models. Results can vary from render to render, and we do not guarantee that an output will match your creative intent, reference photo, or desired finish.
- Output quality is directly tied to the quality of inputs you provide (“garbage in, garbage out”). Low-resolution, obstructed, or heavily edited uploads typically yield weaker results. You are responsible for ensuring the assets you submit are accurate and properly licensed.
- Credits and subscription usage are consumed when a job is submitted, even if the resulting render is not what you expected. While we strive to keep error rates low and may offer goodwill refunds or credits after manual review, dissatisfaction with AI output alone does not entitle you to an automatic refund.
- Always review renders before sharing or publishing. AI content may include artifacts, inaccurate geometry, or styling elements that need manual adjustment.
6. Intellectual Property
WheelBlend retains ownership of the platform, including all software, documentation, and brand assets. You retain rights to the original assets you upload and the rendered outputs you create, provided you follow these Terms and any applicable third-party license restrictions.
7. Trademarks & Non‑Affiliation
WheelBlend is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any wheel manufacturer or brand. All trademarks, product names, and images are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Use of brand names does not imply endorsement. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any materials you upload to the platform.
8. Payments & Subscriptions
Subscription fees and credit packs are billed through Stripe. Plan downgrades or cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Because AI tasks consume compute resources, we do not provide refunds solely because a render or mask failed to meet your subjective expectations. In certain cases—for example, repeated technical failures confirmed by our team—we may issue refunds or credits at our discretion after reviewing the output. Required statutory refunds still apply where mandated by local law.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or materially impact platform stability. You may cancel your account at any time through the dashboard settings.
10. Disclaimers & Liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI outputs may contain artifacts, incorrect proportions, or other inaccuracies. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WheelBlend is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on AI-generated content.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflict of law principles. Disputes will be handled in state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notifications. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
